Legalization

 

-  The Royal Thai Embassy is authorized to legalize only documents bearing the Seal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

-  Documents issued by competent Indonesian authorities must be legalized by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Indonesia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia, prior to submitting for legalization at the Royal Thai Embassy. Click here for more information.

- Other documents must be authenticated by the Indonesian Notary Public, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Indonesia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia, prior to submitting for legalization at the Royal Thai Embassy. Click here for more information.

- Documents issued by competent Thai authorities must be legalized by the Legalization Division, Department of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand before submitting to the Embassy for legalization. Click here for more information.

- The Royal Thai Embassy can also legalize documents which have been authenticated by the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia and the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Jakarta.

- The legalization fee is 210,000 rupiah per document. The process takes three working days.
