By the Ministerial Regulation of the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Thailand dated 10 January 2019, Thailand will implement a temporary Visa on Arrival (VoA) fee exemption scheme, starting from 14 January 2019 to 30 April 2019.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand is currently seeking bidders with world-class experience in the electronic passport industry to take part in the Tender Project for Thailand's Electronic Passport Project (Third Phase).

The stateless person who holds Travel Document of the Republic of Kazakhstan is not entitled to apply for Visa on Arrival (VOA) in Thailand.
