NON-IMMIGRANT B -- FOREIGNERS WHO WISH TO CONDUCT BUSINESS IN THAILAND (FOR CERTAIN NATIONALITIES)

1. Passport or travel document with a validity of not less than 6 months.

2. 3 copies passport copy.

3. 3 copies completed application form. 

4. 3 recent passport-sized photograph (4x6 cm) of the applicant within the past 6 months.

5. 3.copies of evidence of travel to Thailand e.g. air ticket

6. 3 copies of accommodation reservation in Thailand

7. 3 copies of evidence showing applicant's education level and work experience.

8. 3 copies of evidence of financial flow and adequate finance at least 800USD over the past 6 months

9. 3 copies of Thai visa and other major countries in the past (if any)

10. 3 copies of document from the applicant's employing company :

          a. Letter from the applicant's company indicating the applicant's position, length of employment , salary, purpose of visit(s) to Thailand and length of stay in Thailand

          b. Business registration and business license

          c. List of shareholders

11. 3 copies of documents from companies in Thailand

          a. Invitation letter from the company in Thailand.

          b. Business registration and business license.

          c. List of shareholders. 

          d. The exact location of the company indicated on the map of Thailand (Google Map)

8. Additional documents may be requested as and when necessary

Remarks 

1. The applicant need to sunmit the visa application in person at the Royal Thai Embassy, Ankara. The Embassy does not accept online application.

2. After teh application submission, the applicant can get his/her passport back. The Royal Thai Embassy will inform him/her by email when the visa is approved. Then the applicant needs to contact the shipping company to send his/her passport to the embassy and collect it back to him/her when it is ready.

3. He or she may apply for an extension of stay at the Office of Immigration Bureau and may be granted such extension for a period of one year from the date of first entry into Thailand.

4. For submitted documents:

           a. In the absence of a required document, applicant must provide a letter explaining the unavailability of such document.

           b. Applicant must endorse on each and every page of the submitted copies of documentation.

           c. Copies of company documents must be signed by the board of director or authorised managing director and affix seal of company.

           d. Documents in foreign languages must be translated into Thai and should be noterised by notary organs or by the applicant's diplomatic or consular mission.
