NON-IMMIGRANT O – FOREIGNERS WISHING TO ACCOMPANY SPOUSE OR FAMILY MEMBERS WORKING, STUDYING OR LIVING IN THAILAND. (GENERAL NATIONALITIES)

  1. Passport or travel document with a validity of not less than 6 months
  2. 1 passport copies     
  3. 1 completed application forms     
  4. 2 recent passport-sized photographs (4 x 6 cm) taken within the past 6 months     
  5. Evidence of travel to Thailand e.g. air ticket     
  6. Evidence of financial flow and adequate finance at least 800 USD over the past 6 months.
  7. Company or school's guarantee letter addressed to the Royal Thai Embassy, Ankara, stating that the applicant is spouse or family members of those working or studying in Thailand.
  8. Copy of passport pages of those working or studying in Thailand. The passport pages should include personal data page and Thai visa page.
  9. Copy of Thai Work Permit or Student I.D.
  10. Copy of marriage certificate (For spouse)
  11. Copy of birth certificate (For parents)
  12. Embassy officers reserve the rights to request additional documents as deemed necessary

Remarks

  1. The applicant need to submit the visa application in person only at the Royal Thai Embassy, Ankara. The Embassy does not accept online application.
  2. Applicant must endorse on each and every page of the submitted copies of documentation.
  3. Holder of this type of visa is entitled to stay in Thailand for a maximum period of 90 days.  He or she may apply for an extension of stay at the Office of the Immigration Bureau and may be granted such extension for a period of one year from the date of first entry into Thailand.

        2.  After the application submission, the applicant can get his/her passport back. The Royal Thai Embassy will inform him/her by email when the visa is approved. Then the applicant needs to contact the shipping                 company to send his/her passport to the Embassy and collect it back to him/her when it is ready.

        3. Applicant must endorse on each and every page of the submitted copies of documentation.
