News & Activities : URGENT!!! New Regulation of Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) requires foreigners to present health certificate and insurance before boarding the aircraft

 

Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) issued new a notification on Practical Guideline for the Air Operators dated 19 March 2020

As a consequence, all foreign passengers are required to present the following documents at the check-in counter (prior to boarding pass issuance)

1.Health Certificate certifying that they are not infected by the
COVID-19

Health Insurance with a sum insured of no less than USD 100,000.

Passengers who are unable to present the above-mentioned documents will not be issued with their boarding pass.
